Your milk is adapted to your baby’s growth and health needs. At this stage you milk is actually better than other sources of milk.
• The maternal milk evolves with the needs of your baby’s growth.
• Your maternal milk reduces infection risks.
• It will help prevent allergies, especially ones that your family is prone to.
• There is a belief that it will help reduce the risk of diabetes and obesity.
• How long should I breast feed my child?
It is recommended to breast feed your child for 6 months.
• Feeding my child from 6 month to 3 years.
Starting from 6 month, you should start introducing new food groups to your child. Every child is different , some are happy to discover new tastes others aren’t as much. Don’t worry you can still give your child milk to complement his nutritional needs.
Don’t force your child if there is something he refuses to eat, try again in a couple of days, always take in consideration your mood and your baby’s.
Don’t introduce a new food and texture at the same time. Do it step by step….

Eating right at this age is very important for your child’s growth as well as his education.
• Fruits and vegetables (5 serving a day)
• Starch Bread, Cereals and Potato (During meals)
• Milk and Dairy Product (3 or 4 servings per day)
• Meat, Fish and Eggs (1 or 2 serving s per day)
• Fats
• Sweet products (from Time to time)
• Water (As much as possible, try to avoid Soda drinks)
• Salt (try to limit as much as possible)
